Ingredients

2 cups traditional meusli cereal

1 cup yoghurt

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 apple finely sliced into strips

optional, a handful of chopped nuts - walnuts, pecans, almonds

garnish

sprinkle of cinnamon

1 cinnamon stick, cut in half

Place muesli in a medium mixing bowl. |

Add milk, yoghurt and cinnamon, mix all together well. |

Place in an airtight container to refrigerate overnight. |

Before serving, add the fresh apple and mix well. |

Place in a serving bowl, or in small individual bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon and/or the half cinnamon sticks and serve immediately. |
