Lunch

Weekend lunches can be wonderful, lazy meals that often extend well into the afternoon.

I have created menus- first course, main course, and dessert- that work well together with complementary ingredients, flavors and textures.  And the added benefit is that many parts of the menu, or an entire recipe, can be made in advance, giving you time to enjoy time with friends and not be stressed in the kitchen.

Everything I suggest can be adapted to suit your cooking skills or lifestyle, eliminate the first course and just serve the main course and dessert, or substitute the homemade tomato sauce with your favorite store-bought sauce.

It is all about making entertaining a real pleasure, no matter what your schedule, skill level or interests.
