To remove skin from oranges, you can either peel or use a knife and remove. Then slice into 1/4 inch (6.35mm) rounds. |

Plate the oranges and sprinkle with cinnamon. |

Serve immediately, or do not add the cinnamon, refrigerate covered from up to 3 hours, and then sprinkle with cinnamon. |
