Ingredients

dough
1 ½ cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, grated
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sour cream
fruit
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
6 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries- or you can create with one type berry
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
to serve
vanilla or caramel ice cream

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a food processor, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, add butter and pulse gently until combined.

Mix in sour cream and pulse until a dough forms.

Combine the flour, sugar, berries, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine.

Pour into a medium sized skillet or pie pan. Tear the biscuit dough into pieces and scatter over berries leaving areas free of dough.

Transfer the cobbler into the oven and bake about 45-50 minutes. You want everything golden brown.

Allow to cool for 30-60 minutes and then serve with ice cream.
