2 Hachiya persimmons, peeled and cut into segments
6 fresh mint leaves, whole or roughly chopped
sprinkle of brown sugar, to your liking

Hachiya persimmons are the sweet version of persimmons and best used for dessert.  The Fuyu are too bitter, and best cooked.  Hachiyu can be eaten raw, and the softer the more sweet and juicy.  They often have a more oval or elongated shape compared to the Fuyu version.
