A tale of three summer fruits in pastry

Stone fruit is in its glory at the end of the summer….along with fresh figs.  When I see these fruits in the market my mind races with recipe ideas.

Making a dessert with a combination of plums, peaches and figs is a lovely dessert for a summer’s day.    The recipe calls for just a bit of sugar, butter and slicing up the fruits- easy, easy.

And served with a nice blob of your favorite yoghurt or vanilla ice cream is heaven on a plate.
