1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt or creme fraiche
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh tarragon, finely chopped
2 teaspoons drained capers, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cornichons, finely chopped
1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
