1/4 cup radicchio, finely sliced

red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar

Wash and dry the lettuces. |

Place all the lettuces and vegetables in a large salad bowl, sprinkle with salt and add olive oil and vinegar. Toss, taste, toss again and adjust seasonings. |
