horseradish sauce

A complement to so many dishes, I continually use this recipe for both meat and fish dishes.  It is super simple to make and adds a kick of flavor with the cream smoothness of yoghurt to any dish.  You can adjust the amount of fresh horseradish to your liking, and of course you can alway buy store bought sauce to make life easier.

Ingredients

Recipe serves: 6-8
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup sour cream or creme fraiche
3 tablespoons fresh horseradish
5 chives, finely chopped
lemon, cut in half for a squeeze of juice
salt and pepper to taste
