1/2 cup sour cream or creme fraiche

3 tablespoons fresh horseradish

5 chives, finely chopped

lemon, cut in half for a squeeze of juice

salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients until well combined. Add squeeze of lemon. Adjust horseradish and salt to taste. |
