1 cup basmati rice, well rinsed and drained

3 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tablespoons butter

In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add the dill mixing together well. Set aside. |

In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, add rice and water and good pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, and then lower heat to low medium until large holes begin to appear, and most of water is evaporated, about 10 minutes. |

Mix in the butter and dill to rice, cover with a lid and remove from heat. Allow to steam for another 5-10 minutes until well done. |
