Chipotle sauce for fish or shrimp tacos

Good fresh fish or shrimp in a taco gets even better with a little of this sauce.  Scoop your protein in the taco shell, a little Mexican citrus ‘slaw and then drizzle this slightly spicy, creamy mixture on top.  Yum!

thoughts&stories

Mexican Oregano is stronger, more intensely earthy flavor than what we know as ‘oregano’ or what really is often called ‘Mediterranean oregano.’  Given Mexican oregano also has a more citrus flavor, it brings out the best in Mexican food.  You should not substitute one for the other as they come from a completely different plant.
