A delicious chicken cooked in one pot. We cooked t A delicious chicken cooked in one pot. We cooked this tonight @tablenspoon_cookingclub and it was the perfect Sunday dinner. The vinaigrette for the salad was made with juices from cooking the chicken. Delicious!

My all time favorite pasta- orecchiette with rapin My all time favorite pasta- orecchiette with rapini (broccoli rabe). I use chicken broth to steam the rapini to offset some of the bitter flavor. A sprinkle of red pepper flakes , dusting of parmigiano reggiano and buon appetito!
