Tips&Thoughts
In the restaurant business, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day are two of the busiest holidays. But Valentine’s Day is often a fixed menu, or prix fixe, with seatings- reserved set-times. As a result, you will find higher prices, elaborate menus and reserved seating to compensate waiters and the business overall.
Even more of a reason to stay in and create romance at home.
